Except in an emergency, pets are seen by appointment only. We offer 15 min appointments within the following time.
Monday / Wednesday / Friday : 9am till 5.30pm
Tuesday / Thursday : 11.30am till 5.30pm
Saturday : 9am to 11.30am

To avoid long delays please book a separate appointment for each pet that requires seen and request a double appointment if you feel that you may need it. If you need an appointment rescheduled or cancelled please let us know as soon as possible.
Most minor procedures such as examinations, vaccinations, blood samples, micro-chipping, and nail clipping can be carried out in a single appointment. However, in some cases we may need to admit your pet at the appointment to avoid rushing a procedure, stressing your pet, or holding other clients up.
